Small pets are allowed on board, as long as they do not disturb other passengers and remain with their owner at all times.
In order to activate the ticket, please show it (either in print or on your smartphone) to the driver or another member of Delgatuirs Team, during tourist train operating hours. Driver will validate the ticket which you must keep until the expiry date.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before departure. Tickets can be purchased online up to 1 hour before the tour starts.
You can either print the ticket or show the reservation email to the driver.
